# Billing reporting

> MRR, ARR, aging, taxes, and revenue reports

Reporting lives under **Billing → Reporting** (after Write Offs in the menu).

## Available reports

| Report                      | Description                                    |
| --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **MRR** | Monthly recurring revenue from active services |
| **ARR** | Annualized recurring revenue view |
| **Revenue by service type** | Breakdown by plan/category |
| **Taxes collected** | Tax amounts on invoices in range |
| **Churn / revenue loss** | Lost MRR from churned or downgraded services |
| **Aging**                   | AR aging buckets (current, 30, 60, 90+ days)   |

## Using reports

1. Open the report from the Billing submenu.
2. Set date range or as-of date where prompted.
3. Export or print from the browser if needed.

<Tip>
  Run aging and MRR reports on the same date each month for consistent month-over-month comparison.
</Tip>

## Billing dashboard vs reports

* **Billing dashboard** — snapshot KPIs and recent activity
* **Reports** — deeper cuts for finance review and board reporting

## Data accuracy

Reports depend on:

* Correct **service template** pricing and status
* Invoice and payment dates entered accurately
* Services marked inactive when clients churn

<Note>
  If numbers disagree with your accounting system, verify service end dates, write-offs, and manual adjustments for the period.
</Note>
