# Quickstart

> First login, layout, and essential setup

## Log in

1. Open your ISP Triage URL (provided by your administrator).
2. Sign in with your staff email and password.
3. After login you land on your **home dashboard** (configurable under user preferences).

  Use the theme toggle in the top navigation to switch light/dark mode. Your choice is saved to your user profile.

## Main navigation

The top bar is organized by role:

* **Home** — Dashboard
* **Billing** — Admin billing (staff with billing access)
* **Support** — Tickets and related tools (context varies by role)
* **Company** — Dropdown with Network, Preferences, Users, and more
* **Quick actions** (+) — Shortcuts to create clients, invoices, payments

Breadcrumbs under the nav show where you are: **Home → section → page**.

## First-time company setup

Administrators should configure **Company → Preferences**:

    Set company name, timezone, branding (logo/background), and internal links.

    Enable FSPBX and/or Thirdlane servers if you use integrated VoIP.
  </Step>

  <Step title="QoE">
    Add LibreQoS endpoints for quality-of-experience monitoring.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import">
    Connect CRM/billing sources (Sonar, BillMax, UISP, etc.) if migrating data.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Email">
    Configure inbound ticket email accounts if using email-to-ticket.
  </Step>

## User preferences

Click your name (top right) → **Preferences** to set:

* Default login page (which dashboard opens after sign-in)
* Color theme template
* Other personal settings

## Client portal

End customers use the same URL with **client** role accounts. They see:

* Their invoices and payment methods
* Support tickets they opened
* A simplified dashboard

  Client accounts do not have access to the internal AI assistant or admin billing tools.
