## Planned maintenance template

Email templates may include branded planned-maintenance layouts. Coordinate message wording with support so customer replies route to tickets if needed.

## After the outage

* Post a follow-up or close related tickets
* Update ticket subjects if customers reply to the outage email
* Document root cause in a project or internal note for postmortem
