ISP Triage includes an AI assistant for staff (not available to client portal users). It helps answer questions about clients, tickets, RADIUS, monitoring, and QoE—using context from your company data.

Where to find it

  • Dashboard AI view — chat panel on the dashboard
  • TicketsGenerate response on a ticket to draft a reply to the customer

What the assistant can do

Examples of supported intents:
  • Look up a client by name, account number, or conversation context
  • Summarize open tickets for an account
  • Send invoices to a client when you explicitly ask (server performs the action)
  • Create a ticket for a named client when you specify subject and description
  • Answer RADIUS questions (groups, bundles, usage) when no client is selected
  • Report monitoring ping/latency for hosts
  • Include LibreQoS / QoE metrics when a client is in context
The assistant performs sensitive actions (send invoice, create ticket) only when your message clearly requests them and a client is identified. Always review AI output before sending to customers.

Ticket reply drafting

On a ticket detail page:
  1. Click Generate response (or equivalent AI control).
  2. The system sends the ticket description and latest customer message to the configured AI provider.
  3. Review and edit the draft before posting as a staff reply.

Tips for better answers

  • Mention the client name or account number early in the conversation.
  • For ticket-specific help, reference the ticket number if you know it.
  • Ask one clear task per message when creating tickets or sending invoices.
