Company → Network → Monitoring shows reachability and latency for monitored hosts.

Monitored hosts

Add hosts by IP or hostname:
  • CPE, routers, core devices, DNS, billing servers
  • Configure check interval and alert thresholds per deployment

Monitoring agents

Optional Python agents run on customer premises or POP sites and report metrics to ISP Triage. Typical setup:
  1. Download agent script from your ISP Triage server
  2. Run with agent ID and token provided by admin
  3. Install as systemd service for persistence
Agents complement ping checks with richer data where implemented.

Dashboard

The monitoring dashboard summarizes:
  • Up / down status
  • Recent latency
  • Problem hosts for NOC review

AI assistant integration

Staff can ask the AI assistant about ping latency or host status by name when monitoring data is in context.
  • Vendor controllers — live device stats from MikroTik/UniFi/Cambium
  • LibreQoS / QoE — per-subscriber quality scores (Company → Preferences → QoE)
Monitoring alerts are not a substitute for SNMP/trap systems at very large scale—use ISP Triage monitoring for operational visibility alongside your NMS.
