Field scheduling centers on Plan Install and related installer-day workflows.

Plan install

Support → Plan Install (or Scheduling submenu) lists upcoming customer installations.

Typical workflow

1

Schedule install

Create planned install with client, address, date, and service details.
2

Geocode address

Map pin uses geocoding (LocationIQ / Nominatim / AWS per company config).
3

Assign crew

Link installer day or technician as your process defines.
4

Complete

Mark complete; may trigger billing or provisioning steps.
Calendar and map views help dispatch see density by day and region.

Installer days

Installer day groups multiple installs for one crew on one date:
  • View route-friendly list or map
  • Work orders — per-job checklist for techs

Truck rolls

Truck roll records tie field visits to clients and tickets—use for truck charge billing or SLA tracking where enabled.

Dashboard integration

Home dashboard install cards show today’s count and upcoming installs—click through to Plan Install.
Enter complete service addresses for accurate geocoding; bad addresses skew dispatch maps.
Large builds (tower work, fiber builds) may also use Projects for multi-day work tracking alongside single install records.
