Clients (billing accounts)

A client is the central record for a subscriber or business customer.

Client record includes

  • Contact name, email, phone
  • Service and billing addresses
  • Linked portal user (optional)
  • Billing profile and active services
  • Invoices, payments, tickets (tabs or linked pages)
  • RADIUS user linkage and network context where provisioned

Common tasks

Create client

Billing → Clients → Add. Enter minimum contact and address fields.

Assign services

Add service templates with start date and pricing overrides if needed.

Enable portal access

Create or link a user with client role and same company.

Provision network

Create RADIUS user, PPPoE secret, or queue from integrated workflows.

Search and open

Use Search or Billing → Clients filter to find by name, email, phone, or account ID.

Leads

Leads (when enabled) tracks prospects before conversion to paying clients. Typical flow:
  1. Capture lead from sales or web form
  2. Qualify and assign
  3. Convert to client when they sign up—carry over address and notes where supported

Inventory

Inventory items (when enabled) supports tracking CPE, routers, and stock used on installs. Link items to truck rolls or projects as your process requires.
Leads and inventory availability depends on company configuration. If you do not see these menus, they may be disabled for your deployment.

CRM import

Bulk customer data can be imported from external systems under Company → Preferences → Import. See CRM import for supported providers and run steps.
